Our Committee

The Weddin Mountain Muster Committee is a sub-committee of the Grenfell PAH & I Association and operates as a not-for-profit, charitable organisation to raise funds for the Grenfell Showground and local community groups.

A dedicated committee of 35 volunteers work hard all year long to prepare for the Muster and ensure riders, their horses and their families enjoy a fun, safe week of riding. During the week of the Muster there are committee riders, horse marshalls, a catering crew, the water boy, the loo man and a gate crew who all support the ride.

All committee members are required to abide by the Show Society Committee Members’ Code of Conduct
